Welcome to Abuddygram. By using our website and contracting our educational consulting services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.
1. Agency Services
Abuddygram acts as an intermediary between the student (hereinafter, "the Client") and educational institutions, language schools, or program providers abroad (Ireland, the United Kingdom, Canada, among others). Our services include advising, managing the registration process, and providing logistical guidance.
2. Customer Responsibilities
It is the Client's sole responsibility:
Have the necessary legal documentation (valid passport, visas, study permits) to travel to the chosen destination.
Provide truthful and complete information for the registration processes.
Comply with the health and travel insurance requirements demanded by the destination country.
3. Payments and Refunds
Registration Deposits: Amounts paid for registration or reservation may not be refundable, depending on the policies of the final educational institution.
External Policies: Abuddygram adheres to the refund policies of foreign schools and providers. In case of cancellation, the agency will assist with the process, but is not responsible for funds held by third parties.
4. Changes in the Programs
Educational institutions reserve the right to modify course dates, times, or formats due to unforeseen circumstances (migration changes, health or weather situations). Abuddygram will notify the Client as soon as possible of any changes reported by the school.
5. Exclusion of Liability
Abuddygram is not responsible for:
Visa denials by the immigration authorities of each country.
Personal incidents, accidents or legal problems of the Client during their stay abroad.
Direct breaches by accommodation or transport providers outside our direct management.
